Delete an Acceptance Criteria Template

You can delete an acceptance criteria template from the Field Mapping List or Detail view.

Note: If you delete an acceptance criteria template that is associated with a project, that project will no longer display in the Submittals view and the submitter will not be able to upload a schedule. To avoid this issue, if the acceptance criteria you have selected for a project is deleted, you must select a different template on the Project's Configuration tab.

To delete an acceptance criteria template:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Templates, click Acceptance Criteria.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If you are in the List view, you can delete the template in one of two ways:
      • Select the check box to the left of the acceptance criteria template name and click Other Actions > Delete in the top right corner of the grid.
      • Hover over the acceptance criteria template you want to delete and click Options on the right side of the line and click Delete.
    • If you are in the Detail view, search for and select the acceptance criteria template you want to delete and click Other Actions > Delete.
  3. A message displays asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Delete.
